When planing you time, make sure you add these in:

• Travel: To and from. What will you be riding in; bus, car, plane, boat? Rush Hour? Parking? Elevator or stairs? How far do you have to walk from parking?

• Setting up: Gathering materials? Laying items out?

• Cleaning up: Putting items away?

• Interruptions: Kids? Boss? Phone? Friends? Family?

• The unexpected.
