Time Management - pt. 2: Identfy the Errors

Whats holding you back? When you have identified on whats holding you back then you can start the process.

  1. Technical Errors - Skills that you haven't learned that are holding you back. Like setting the right amount of time to get organized. If you don't know how to properly set the estimated time to get organize, this can create a flaw. Are you the person for this job? Get some one that loves organizing or some one who is just controlling to help you out. Can you handle how big and complex a task this might be? Don't do it all at once, start small. Start for an hour for a week, then gradually increase it by week or time you are comfortable with.
  2. External Errors - Enviromental errors that are beyond your control. Health; if you are not well, then slow down, don't drain you energy. Stay healthy, get sleep. Transition; getting married, did you move up the job ladder, got kids on the way? Going through transition can throw you way off. Other people's needs. STOP BEING A PUSH OVER, learn to say no or F' Off! What ever is better for you.
  3. Psychological Errors - these are the internal errors that interfere with our lives. Unclear goals and priorities; in other words walking in a cave with out a light. Learn to plan! Write what you need to do. Fear of failure or success; if you do know your goals and you're just putting them off, then you might be afraid of the outcome. Will there be the results that you had in mind? The only way to know is to try it!

These are just some of the many errors that are listed in the book, to see them all you gotta make the time to purchase the book and read it.
